License Agreement
By installing and using LoveTanked, you enter into this End User License Agreement. This license is a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive agreement between you and the developer of LoveTanked, granting you the right to run the application on authorized devices.
User-Generated Content Policy
LoveTanked operates as a private paired workspace. There is no public feed, forum, or discovery portal. You are solely responsible for content shared with your paired partner and agree not to transmit objectionable content, harassment, or unlawful material.
Apple EULA Provisions
- This agreement is between you and LoveTanked only, not Apple. LoveTanked is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- The license is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control.
- LoveTanked is solely responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support.
- LoveTanked is provided as-is. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if applicable.
- LoveTanked, not Apple, is responsible for claims relating to the app or your possession and use of the app.
- If a third-party intellectual property claim arises, LoveTanked is responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and are not listed on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Termination
You may terminate this license at any time by unpairing and uninstalling the application. Unpairing triggers local cleanup of paired relationship data on your device.
